The Wellness Center offers several classes to the general public, including:  

Belly dancing: This class will help you achieve tone, balance and strength.  Learn basic hip techniques, shimmies and muscle control. Belly dancing will also improve coordination, flexibility and posture.  Cost:  5 classes for $35.00.

Fit and Fabulous: Strength and resistance exercise including the use of light weights, resistance bands, Swiss ball and core stability exercise. Class is designed to introduce participants to a regular exercise program of stretching and strengthening through gentle exercises. Cost:  5 classes for $35.00. Cost for employees:  $5.00 per class.

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient science that has been refined over thousands of years. Kundalini yoga is a powerful tool for expanding your awareness. Most of the exercises consist of gentle movements or postures that are coordinated with breathing. These are designed to stretch the body gradually and smoothly and to stimulate the circulation. Classes end with meditation and a deep relaxation period. Cost:  5 classes for $35.00.

Pilates:  We now offer 3 levels of mat Pilates classes:  Beginners, Intermediate and Senior classes.  Mat Pilates helps develop core strength, flexibility and endurance. The emphasis is to strengthen the spine, improve balance and strength.  Most of the exercises are simple and easy. The exercises consist of gentle movements that are coordinated with breathing.  The difficulty of the exercise gradually increases with the student’s ability. The focus is on quality, not quantity.  Marsha  Wiersma is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor and also a seasoned choreographer and dancer. Cost:  5 classes for $35.00.  Senior class is 5 classes for $30.00. Private lessons available upon request.

Movin’ Better:  Low impact exercise class for seniors involving gentle stretches and conditioning exercise.  Cost:  $3.00 per class.

Just Dance It Off!  Join us for a fun-filled workout.  Just Dance It Off provides a low-impact aerobic workout. Simple, easy to follow basic dance steps will use all of your muscle systems. Routines are choreographed to disco, country western, and oldies, but goodies with a beat that will keep your heart rate up while having fun.  Cost:  5 classes for $35.00.

Pre-Natal Yoga: Practicing yoga during pregnancy increases overall strength, flexibility and well-being.  Prenatal yoga also teaches you to relax and keep a positive outlook while clearing your mind of the stresses associated with pregnancy and motherhood.  Exercise is the best way to maintain one's balance and to reduce possible injury during pregnancy.  Cost: 5 classes for $35.00. 

All of our classes are low impact and for all fitness/experience levels.

Massage treatments are also available by appointment on Tuesday – Friday afternoon. Both massage therapists are certified and have been providing massage treatments for over 10 years.  A 25 minute massage is the perfect spot treatment for neck, back or shoulders.   Cost is $35.00 per session. A 50 minute massage is an orchestration of techniques for stress reduction, relief of muscle tension and stiffness. Cost is $60.00 per session.
