Thank you for your interest in volunteering at DRMC. Our Volunteer Corps is comprised of high school students looking to make a difference in their community. We are proud of the compassionate service our young volunteers provide to our patients, visitors and staff.
Following are the requirements and steps to becoming a volunteer:
1. Introductory Information
A. Minimum 14 years of age (must be in 9th – 12th grade)
B. 4 month minimum commitment of service
C. Consistent weekly attendance required
D. Cost of uniform shirt is $25.00 payable to DRMC
2. Application Submission
The application must be returned with all supporting documents:
A. High School students must submit the following:
Letter of recommendation, most current report card and current attendance check
B. An incomplete application packet will not be processed.
Applications can be requested in person at the information desk in the main entrance. Once we receive your application we will contact you to join for our next introduction meeting.
