The gold standard program that helps you quit smoking for good. We are going to be a tobacco free campus as of January 1, 2011. Smoking Cessation Classes will be offered on the dates shown below. This 8-week program covers: Identification of Smoking triggers, coping skills and relaxation techniques, managing stress, avoiding weight gain, and learning how to handle difficult situations without smoking. Classes are held in DRMC Conference Rooms from 4:00 – 5:30PM.
