Our care for patients extends beyond their stay in the hospital. DRMC Home Health is available to help patients who need transitional care or who have a chronic illness.
DRMC offers a broad spectrum of nursing, medical and rehabilitative care. A medical social worker is also available to advise patients on how they can best utilize community resources. The Home Health staff is fully licensed in nursing, physical and occupational therapy and other fields.
