Rob Fuller, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
As EVP and COO, Rob Fuller oversees the operations of Downey Regional Medical Center. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing a five-year turnaround strategy in conjunction with other hospital executives, and promoting a broad-based customer focus within the hospital. Rob also functions as the primary government relations liaison and oversees the human resources function at the hospital.
Prior to joining the medical center, Rob was an experienced trial and business lawyer. He also held several legal and business positions with Texaco, Inc. He joined the staff of Downey Regional Medical Center in 2001 as operating head of insurance services.
Rob received his J.D. at Fordham Law School and his A.B. from Dartmouth College.
